We develop machine learning and spatial biology approaches to understand how tissues organize, remodel, and age. By integrating spatial omics, histopathology, and perturbation experiments, we aim to build predictive models of tissue behavior and uncover the principles governing tissue resilience.

We are a part of the Yale Cardiovascular Research Center (YCVRC), Yale Center for Research on Aging (Y-Age), Center for Systems & Engineering Immunology (CSEI), Biological and Biomedical Sciences (MCGD, CBB, TMMPP tracks), Program in Physical and Engineering Biology (PEB), Yale Institute for Foundations of Data Science (FDS), and Yale Center for RNA Science and Medicine (RNA Center).
