I am a postdoctoral researcher at Yale University. I received my PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Seoul National University, where my research focused on constructing immune disease single cell atlases and using organoid stem cell systems as disease models. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. I am currently interested in leveraging large scale single cell and spatial-omics data to define cell type- and niche-specific molecular and regulatory programs in human cardiovascular disease.
